Want to know what’s better than 707 horsepower? Doubling it to 1,414. That’s what our friends at Motor Authority did when they recently got their hands on two Hellcats. Watch the chaos that ensued.
Instead of just making a claim about the Charger SRT Hellcat’s top speed, Dodge wanted to accompany their claim with video proof. They brought the 707-hp Hellcat sedan to the 7.5-mile Transportation Research Center in Ohio, and produced the moving-image art you’re about to see.
It looks like a mid-engine Dodge Stealth, but it’s actually an Intrepid. What? Yes, it’s the 1989 Dodge Intrepid Concept … easily the best-looking vehicle to wear the Intrepid nameplate.
