No matter how many Cummins Turbo Diesel powered Dodge Ram trucks that I see ripping down the quarter mile, it never seems to become any less impressive and when you add a huge plume of diesel soot pouring from the stacks to a smokin’ fast quarter mile time – the video becomes practically impossible to skip for our Black Friday feature.
This week we look at a 2nd gen Dodge Ram powered by a Cummins Turbo Diesel engine and while no information is offered in the comments, it is clear that this truck is very heavily modified. In case the copious amounts of smoke pouring from the stacks prior to the launch isnt enough of a clue to the level of modification for this Ram, the fact that it blasts through the quarter mile with a time of 10.40 and a speed of 129.11 miles per hour makes it blatantly obvious that this is one seriously built Ram pickup.
While the amount of smoke coming from the twin stacks as this Ram runs down the track isnt as heavy as some of our other Black Friday features, there is a steady enough stream of soot that – when combined with a mid 10 second elapsed time – makes this truck well worth of being featured here on DodgeForum.com. Crank up your speakers and enjoy!
