Michelin Presents Wallpaper Wednesday: 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T

By -

Behold this week’s wallpaper – a 1968 Dodge Coronet R/T with a 440 cubic-inch Magnum V8 under its custom purple hood. The Road/Track runner was described by Dodge brochures of the day as “Just the hottest thing going since the cast-iron stove,” which might explain why there isn’t a 707 horsepower version of the Coronet today. That’s too bad since it also shared rear deck Bumble Bee stripes with the Charger R/T and the Dart GTS.
