For this week’s Photo of the Week, I have selected the shot above of merc225hp’s 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT Laramie. This truck features a big suspension lift to make room for the beefy offroad tires and custom rims while the matching black wheel opening flares extend the body for better fitment of this big wheel and tire package.
Im a sucker for a murdered out Ram and with the modifications made to this truck allowing it to stand out while not looking like it would be impossible to drive it on the road – this truck is a great example of how to tastefully build a 2nd gen Ram. I love the blacked out style with minimal silver trim on the custom wheels and on the factory chrome exterior mirrors while a splash of red enters via the door badging and on the rear bedside logos.
