When the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat arrives, it will be the most powerful non-Viper car from the Chrysler Group in the history – a history that includes a great many very impressive, very powerful vehicles. The Challenger SRT Hellcat is guaranteed to have a stunning output of at least 600 horsepower and 575lb-ft of torque, but it will also likely have an equally stunning price tag and that brings us to our question of the week.
How much do you think that the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat should cost?
We don’t have any pricing for the 2015 Dodge Challenger lineup, but we can look at the current pricing to get an idea of what this new beast might cost when it arrives. For the 2014 model year, the Challenger SRT Core (with the 392 cubic inch Hemi) costs $40,485 while the more heavily appointed SRT 392 model starts at $45,685. The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT will come with the same 392 Hemi, but with a touch more power so when combined with the exterior refresh, we can expect to see the “entry level” SRT Challenger to get a slight price hike for 2015. On the other hand, the Hellcat Challenger will pack Viper-like power and a long list of features that are not standard in the SRT 392 Challenger..so how much do you think it will cost?
