The Dodge Viper GTS is one of the most incredible American performance cars of all time but sadly, many of them are sold to old guys who will never give them the good thrashing that they were intended to face. Luckily, the driver of the Viper shown in the video below is not one of those poor Mopar supercars sentenced to a life of low RPM shifts and careful preservation of the stock tires…unless those original skins have been removed to make room for the rubber being blown away in this video.
Nothing is really known about the Dodge Viper GTS Coupe doing this big nasty burnout but what we do know is that this Viper effortlessly destroys the tires and sounds amazing doing so. This is one of those burnouts that you think might be petering out about halfway through the video but as the driver lets the car roll forward a bit – this burnout goes from being pretty good to awesome to absolutely epic.
Crank up your speakers, kick back and enjoy this 52 second video of a Dodge Viper GTS Coupe showing how easily the mighty Mopar V10 can turn a set of high performance tires into a cloud of smoke and two huge piles of rubber dust.
