Default 2000 4.7 fuel filter location

does the Dak 00 4.7 have a external fuel filter? At 130k it should need changing right? the miledge sucks on these trucks. Working on my second set of ball joints also

Not that I am aware of. I'm almost positve that the only one is internal to the tank.

It's a dumb filter. Download the 01 and lower manual. It will tell you in there.

The 4.7 Dakota as well as almost every modern MOPAR vehicle made, do not have a external or a replaceable fuel filter.
