RE: bleeding coolant system
wat about the over flow container...at the end of the season i blew a headgasket so the coolant system was all water no antifreeze because i was replacing the water it lost when it steamed out ...when i parked it for the winter i added antifreeze to the radiator but forgot about the overflow tank ..so wat water was in it froze and cracked the plastic..it doesnt hold any water now....i know i need to replace it and i plan on doin it tomoro..but could i be gettin air from the crack thats in it ....

On some of the older mopars like 383's,440's there was a bleeder located on the goose neck where the upper hose connected to the thermostat housing. What you would do is while the motor was running,You would open the bleeder and let the air out. On my 97 Chrysler LHS I have that bleeder but I'm not sure if the newer engines still have that option. I hope you can fix the trouble your having.
