Don't forget to get your BCM computer updated with the most recent firmware. Without it, it may cause your door locks to stop responding without resetting the BCM.
As for your door, it's most likely the wiring that runs along the opening at the bottom of the door (vehicle side). The wiring is just an error waiting to happen. You probably have a broken wire or two just like the rest of us had. lol You're lucky yours is still under warranty. Mine messed up shortly after.
