Glasspack/Muffler from summitracing.com?
They have cheap glasspacks/mufflers:

But I'm not sure on the quality, and mainly sound. I'd like the glasspack so I can make a side exit exhaust, but ofcourse I don't want cops hearing me from miles away.
So anyone ever get a glasspack or muffler from summitracing? Opinions?
They also ship same day, which it tells you where its from and OH to NY is only a day or two or like 5 bucks shipping..

lol glasspacks by themselves are not quiet by themselves no matter the brand so highly recommend staying away from them as far as the other muffler i'm not sure... but if you want side exit exhaust there are plenty of round style mufflers that will quiet more then a glasspack that will allow you to do your side exit...

I was thinking of running a muffler down there but don't want to spend too much on one, plus most round style are fart cans. I've driven the neon without a muffler and I liked the sound, and not tooo loud so I might run the glasspack and leave the stock piping all the way back and see if I like that, but anyone got opinions on these products?

I would go with the turbo muffler. Those louvers on the inside restrict exhaust flow greatly, whereas Summit says their mufflers outperformed a similar brand by 30 hp on a big block chevy (prolly dynomax). My bro put the turbo style on his 73 mach1 mustang and it sounded bad *** (no cats). Besides the fact that glass paks only get louder when fiberglass rots out over time. Ah to each their own tho

you need a 1/4 ohm resistor in place of the O2 sensor. There are three wires in all. Two wires should be black and one wire is white. (or vice-versa) That one different wire is the source, whearas the two black ones are for the heater element in the sensor. Wire the 1/4 ohm resistor between ground and the source wire and you're done.
I've got a header that I am going to install as well, so I will be doing the same thing with the cat since in my area no one gives a hoot about my car's toot.
I also want a better muffler, I want a hooker max flow, magnaflow or dynomax ultra flow (straight thru but with a perforated core, not louvered), but may just settle for the summit turbo. I'd like to keep my twin exit for that sleeper role tho...
