I did mine before I even knew this forum existed, so I didn't do a DIY, but the docs are really good, you won't have a problem. But if you do, PM me...

Ooook, I'll be the guinea pig, I need to start doing this anyway once I get them I'll take some pic's and post them (once I can figure out how to do that too) I'm sure it will be fine. I even went to Harbor Freight and picked up a mini 100 psi compressor w/an aluminum body, and a gauge mounted on it with a 10 foot hose and cig/power outlet plug-in wire on it. I'll post it in the next couple of weeks.

don't be alarmed, even though 04 mentioned welding, and I welded mine, the docs just call for drilling a couple holes and using the supplied bolts. It's about a 2 hour install without onboard compressor. Obviosly, if you are going to use a compressor it will take more time...

No no , I meant I got a mini-air compressor for filling the air bags when I need too, instead of tracking down a air hose at some gas station. I'll mount it in the truck somewhere. I was wondering about the mounting method I assumed it was a drill and bolt deal. Maybe later I'll weld the brackets in but for now the bolting them on should be enough.

Stay cool, H

OK gotcha. I didn't know if you were going to try to fab something up instead of buying their auto fill/leveling system.
I just fill mine manually when I need to. I carry a 12v compressor in my tool box and always have a jump box with two 12v outlets in there as well. Not to mention my ATV has a 12v and a mini 12v compressor on it at all times. Combine that with my 220v compressor in the garage and I don't ever need to find one at a gas station.

BTW, if you got factory tow, there are two perfect holes in the receiver to mount the valve in. Just pick one...

Thanks HammerZ71. I have the tow package but the previous owner took off the reciever mount, I still had everything esle, bar, mount plate etc, I ordered a 2" mount bracket from Summet for like $70 or something like and put it on back in March. I'll fab up something for the valves to mount too if I have too.
