Talking Selectable Minispool

So, I finally had to tear down my front diff. I had to re-bearing the carrier and pinion . While I had the diff out I decided to put a minispool in. I'm using the posi-lock system, which enables me to select, full locker or not. First, I'd like to say, off road it works great, awsome traction, and I can still turn while locked, Just need to blip the throttle!. Now I have noticed that while driving down the highway, and making a right turn, the front axle locks and unlocks, causing an unsafe condition. I pulled apart the Posi-Lock assembly and inspected my Fork. I found that it was worn quite a bit and the collar moved back and forth too much. I've ordered the replacement steel fork #100 and will be installing it ASAP. By the way has anyone done the EMS hub conversion to their dana 44?
