That's sludge, and he isn't a troll, but that isn't what was referred to as "in dire straits right now... with a serious sludge problem... HOLY S**T there is serious sludge in there - up to 3/8" in some spots"

What you have is a case of very poor maintenance. THIS is "serious" "3/8" sludge problem with "dire straights"...
