Default Replacing Distributor Cap and Rotor

Hello Everyone, I am new to this site but been a Ram owner for a few years. I recently tuned up my truck but did not do the distributor cap and rotor replacement, I wanted to know if anyone here could give me a link or let me know how I could go on about doing that. Thank you. I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 5.9L V8 4wd. Thank you for your help.

You probably don't have either, but someone with a first-year Gen III can jump in here.

I have a 2002 with a 5.9 and yes it still has a distributer cap and rotor. I had mine done by my mechanic since i didn't have the time to do it. all they did on the first year is just transfer the motors over from the 2nd gen trucks. they didn't update til 03 when they started building the hemi..I think???

Yes, the 5.9 remained pretty much unchanged after it changed from the LA360 to the Magnum 5.9, has a cap and rotor...
