I am not an expert in this matter much less a full mechanic...just a standard Saturday Home Mechanic. Today, I figured out that swapping the EATX Shut Down Relay with the Fog Lights Relay (non-existing lights) would do no harm at all as these relays are exactly the same so the only thing that I need to do is wait to see if the check engine light and the P0700 code comes back.
I don't have the vehicle service manual so I would not know what are the other TCM codes you are referring to. On the other hand, please remember that the car is not and has not gone into limp mode ever.

well if yall aint got a problem then dont worry about it. but them scanner software things really dont give the hole picture and i never seen them give any other info outside the pcm. like no trnas, body, abs etc.
