Yup. everything was installed properly. I get the feeling that its caused by a problem with the fluid returning from the caliper. anytime I work on that brake I spend a massive amount of time pushing the piston back in so that it fit around new pads. I've actually broken 2 C clamps forcing it back in. I don't have that problem on the other side. It was suggeted to me that I check for a kink in the hose but I have not found one.
