Default 1998 Dodge Avenger ES Won't Start, No Spark

I woke up yesterday morning and my car wouldn't start. It cranks, can hear the fuel pump prime.

Checked and there is no spark. Based on information about the crank position sensor I read about, I replaced it, no change.

I went out and bought a new relay for ASD, no change.

Did some more reading and checked the voltage at the fuel pump. I am seeing a three pin connector, 12v, GND and 9V. Does this sound correct?

Does anyone know what the voltages should be at the 5 pin connector on the distributor? I have 0, 9, 5 on the top 3, and the bottom two are both 0 with the key at the "on" position. I'd like to make sure everything is good to there before replacing the distributor.

There should be 12 volts on the brown wire to the distro

Here's what I'm seeing:

pin 1 (blk/red) grounded
pin 2 (yel) 8-9v PCM pin 44 (8v supply)
pin 3 (brn) 5v PCM pin 33 (camshaft position sensor)
pin 5 (blk) grounded
pin 6 (red/grn) 5-10 mV pulse? From PCM pin 4 (Ignition Coil Driver)

The 2 pin connector is only grounded it appears, only the 1 wire on it.

Does that all seem correct?

I replaced the cap and rotor last night, no change. So the only thing I'm thinking is the distributor itself, possibly the coil gone. Thoughts on anything else I can check?

Well, a little warmer today, so I pulled the distributor. Fails ohm test across the ignition coil tower to each pin on the 2 pin connector. 7.5 k ohm, should be 12-18 k ohm I am reading. Looks like I may have found my problem.
