Default Venge been sitting 6 months. No-Crank

Hey guys. I work out of state frequently. Haven't driven my 98 Venge for 6 months.

Went to start it today, no crank. Starter has less than 6,000 miles on it.
Charged the battery and tried to start it with the charger on it, nogo.

No blown fuses, tried in park and neutral, put a wrench on the crank and manually verified that the engine wasn't frozen.

Turning the key to the start position audibly trips the relay under the passenger side dash.

First time I turned it to the start position, there was a spark from the positive battery terminal where the charger was clamped on. I figured it was just a loose connection but now I'm not so sure.

Waddya think?

I'd tighten the clamp and check the two white fusible links off the + terminal
