Hey, I am stumped on a problem with my headlights on my 96 dakota 3.9. I did a brake job to the back brakes (nothing out of the ordinary), go for a test drive and notice my headlights will not turn off, so after pulling the dash apart to get at the light knob (headlight switch), I just decided to run a switch on the main power for the headlights (going to the switch) before it hits the switch, and surprising everything worked. I tried it out and it worked good, but after about half an hour i tested it again and i had no power to my switch, at this point I was beyond confused so I came instead to research. Any help would be greaty appreciated!

i have a 105 page wiring diagram for 87 - 96 daks. but i don't know how to upload the file. it has every possible wiring diagram for gen 1 daks, both throttlebody and multiport. all that i can tell you it's a pdf file. any help uploading this file would be apperciated, im kinda new to uploading files.
K, well I found a blow fuse, and now the problem is the daytime running lights do not shut off when i turn off the truck. Does anybody know whcih wire this is that connects to my main headlight switch? or where I could find the fuse to this daytime running light circuit?
