Default just bought a 1990 dodge dakota 4x4

i have a dodge dakota 4x4 and it has 31x10.5 bfgoodrich allterrains and i was wondering if it is lifted because they are almost completely out of the wheel wells thanks ill post pics up in a bit im tearing it down to replace the engine only paid 300 ohh and it only has the rear axles the front ones are missing

Oh yeah, its lifted... the PO removed the upper bump stops and cranked the torsion bars as tight as they can go. I bet its a rough ride!!! The back is lifted too, but I can't tell how by those pictures. The wheels are sticking out of the wheel wells because the offset is way off that of the factory wheels.

Thats a sweet brush guard!!!

hey got another question can i take a 1993 or 94 dakota 3.9l and put it in my truck its 3.9l but i figured i could swap intakes and brackets and it would mount in the same as the old motor am i right

As far as mounting goes, it would be easy, but your motor (the LA series) is TB injected and the '93s (the magnum motors) are multiport injected. You would have to get a computer and the wiring harness to run the magnum motor, and that would be a PITA.

its the same transmission btw i have the wiring harness and computer lol kinda figured that lol but is it replace wire harness and computer and im done?? will all the other stuff still work like 4-wheel drive speed....

Yes it does look lifted. Like said above the wheel offset is off. Those rims are aftermarket and that is making your tires stick out. You are missing the Front CV axles. It is different from the front axle. From my info you do have the same tranny. Just make sure the connectors are the same.
