What would be the best kind of muffler to get that could use the exaust setup i mentioned above that will possibly increase power, and what about a small set of glasspacks? would that give any more power and sound good or not

The flowmasters 40 is good. you can go to their web site and hear audio clips of what different ones sound like. glasspacks are good for performance but can be to loud for some.

it will run without the muffler but... you will loose hp. take the cat out, put in 2 and 3/4" piping and and magnaflow or dynomax muffler on it

glasspacks are loud on the 3.9, my truck came with one on it, no cat and it exits the truck inbetween the cab and the rear tire on the pass. side. its load as F***.

Some one i know told me about a product you can get that can increase power and increase MPG that you put in the air intake system that supposedly speeds up the air flow by forcing it into a spiral path and it flows faster though has anyone tried one for either of the engines and if so does it work or not, I think its called a Tornado Fuel Saver or somthing like that
