Default Replaced the stock horn

Since I live in Chicago the stock horn just wasn't worthy of my truck anymore and wasn't loud enough to get the cabbies out of my way. So I replaced it with a Wolo horn from Pep Boys. I just stumbled acrossed this and I am still laughing to myself when I read the descriptions and watch the videos. I know it is way overkill, but cool as hell.

Cool! Did you pay $300 for it. That is what that website has. Ya the stock sucks. I had installed a loud one from a 80's caddy. And that lasted, untill last year when I killed them in the mud. Then I bought some air horns. But they are gay sounding. So I need some MANLY ones. I bet the ones you got sound sweet!

I have a cheap setup right now, no tank, just instant ait to some cheap horns, better than stock but I need more. I hope to get the train horns, but I want to keep an eye on ebay and craiglist for a little bit. Isn't what I want, but I have a 5 gallon air tank sitting around at home, so I am going to get a compressor and a horn and hook it up myself.

Found www.hornblasters.com. Seem to have a little more selection, and the videos were making me laugh too.

I have a friend who has an old siren, and back when he would go through a few cars a year, the only part he would pull is the horn and put it in the next one... In the year I've owned my truck, the only time I used my horn was to test it. I honestly couldn't tell you if it still works or not.

regardless... cool. train crossing anyone?
