Default Can a truck not be a morning person? (Miss issue)

Seriously... I know some people are not morning people and it takes a few hrs and cups of coffee to get going right. But can a truck be the same!?

My truck as developed a pretty bad "miss." But whats weird is that it only seems to do it in the morning on my way to work.

I have been trying to diagnose when or what is causing the miss. Could it be from letting it run for 15-20 mins in the morning before I drive it and its fowling already bad plugs? I dont usually let it run that long any other time of the day so I thought that might be it, BUT it ran for like 10 mins last night before I left work and it didnt miss on the way home.

CAN IT REALLY HATE GOING TO WORK TOO!?

when you replaced the plugs, did you also replace your wires, cap & rotor? Sounds like you could have an arcing wire or cap. Best way to tell is to spray everything with water when it's dark outside, you'll see the arcing as clear as day.

I replaced the plugs a couple years ago. It could really use a complete tune up honestly, but what doesnt make sense is that it only does it in the morning.

Ya defiantly start with a tune up. Do you have any engine codes? Since it is only when it is cold I would think the coolant sensor may be bad.
