Default Need help with OBD code 15 on 1991 Dakota

My truck has the OBD code 15 so I replaced the VSS reset the computer and I'm still getting the same code. Took it to the tranny place and they are telling me that it's wiring related. Can anyone help me so that I can fix this issue? I would like to know where the wire goes from the VSS on the transfer case to ?????? that way I could trace it back myself and check things out but need some help. Any ideas. Thanks in advance for your help.

Found this info for you.Hope it helps..

The most likely causes of VSS problems are:
  • dirty or corroded contacts at the VSS
  • bad sensor.
  • stripped sensor drive gear
  • dirty or corroded contacts at the PCM
  • broken wire
  • bad PCM

Thanks 1stG92, I've replaced the sensor and made sure the contacts were clean at the sensor and also checked the PCM to make sure it was clean there also. It is still giving me the fault code 15. So not sure what else to do.
