1992 V8 Dakota won't spark!

I've replaced the cap, rotor, ecu, but nothing is working. It turns over fine but won't spark. Any suggestions?
BTW anyone know where I could locate my ballast resistor?

Check the infamous splice. Should be info in the FAQ.
