That engine really looks nice!! I like the clean look and no emissions stuff everywhere.
Could you share some of the details of the distributor? ie: brand, etc.

It's a skip white hei distributor...built in 50k coil...made in USA and lifetime warranty. And 1/3 cost of summit distributors....one of the best kept secrets in hot rods imho. Don't know if ebay link will work as I'm on mobile but you should be able to get item number from link.
Lookin' good! That frame sure came out nice, and the gloss finish will protect that epoxy coating from any stray UV's.
No new pics yet but I am working on stuff everyday. Currently bending and running new brake and fuel lines. Cleaned up and rebuilt the brake proportion valve. Installed new rotors inner and outer bearings on the front. Found one cracked front caliper so bought two new matching calipers from rock auto. Went to the junkyard and scored a complete sway bar assembly that I was missing out of a 91 2wd. Also there was a brand new aluminum radiator in the truck so I yanked it too...still had clear water and red tranny fluid in it. And the two lower splash guards were perfect and not cracked so grabbed it to. Might go back and get the brake proportion valve and rear abs unit for spares. Should have my transmission all put back together today so maybe a pic later.
Grumble grumble....was tired of bending and flaring brake lines so decided to move to replacing front shocks....top nut actually came out pretty easy with impact wrench...was worried after reading stories on forums about it being a bear. Moved to underneath to pop out the "easy" bolts and some how my impact reversed on me and I sheared the freaking head off the bolt....this bolt goes up into the coil spring so now I'm looking at disassembly of the lower control arm just so I can get some vice grips on the other side...I tried drilling from below and using an easy out but no go. I hate when I create more work...I've got enough to do without adding stuff.
