anyone used the procomp carb intake?

I haven't considered it. For most of us, there wouldn't be much gain, I think. But the price is nice, I found it for a little less than you mentioned. I'd hope you spend your hard earned money and report back to us.

Hey Brian, thanks for the response. My truck is carbed from the factory. What I am hoping to do is, find a 318 magnum in decent shape, install the intake, and a 600cfm carb with vac. secondaries, factory electronic ignition dist, and box, and possibly a set of shorty headers.
Its 4wd with a 5sp. I plan to try and keep the NP2500 in it for now. I will not be using it offroad. Where I live there is not much option to do that anyways. Its over 25 years old, so I don't have to have any emissions inspection.
In time I hope to find a np3500 or go auto, which I would rather have anyways.
