Default Intermittent code 27

Hi all! This is my first time on a forum. I have a 1995 Dakota 3.9 MPI with 120,000 miles on it. My problem is my truck is running very rough, it misses a lot. It flashes code 27. Sometimes it will stall as the engine comes down from high RPM's. There is a lot of smoke coming out of tailpipe, sometimes, and smells heavily like gas. Going uphill it loses a lot of power. Running this way, I have been getting 5 mpg. I have tested the TPS, EGR, injectors. I've also did a tuneup. I also replaced the computer. Any ideas?
