Hey guys just joined the forum needing help with my 95 dakota 5.2 5spd. I changed the intake out for a non egr intake off a 5.9 i halfway knocked out the divider in it and replaced the belly pan gasket while i was at it. I put it all back together with my orignal injectors and throttle body now its really hard to start cold and surges at idle. I've tried 3 different IAC's and no different and when i start to give it throttle at any speed you can hear the IAC really sucking air. I unhooked the pcv and it helped a little having olny the vacuum line for the throttle body and booster hooked up. Before the intake swap the truck couldnt have ran any better would always start 1st bump of the key. Any one have any idea im about to swap my orignal intake back on and just putting a plate unde the egr.
