Default 95 dakota has me stumped.

I have a 95 dakota 5.2. It sat for a couple years, and I began starting it and running it for about a month til I had the trans swapped. Since I got it back from the shop it hasn't been able to idle steadily, and won't rev up almost at all. Replaced the cat and muffler (both were bad), map sensor, IAC, cap & rotor, and plug wires. Fuel pressure is steady at 40psi. vaccuum is 20hgi when idle does smooth for a little. Used noid lights on harness, and all was good. Tested coil and TPS and they were good. Changed the computer and it made no diff. Any other ideas would be appreciated. This has me stumped.

Put some fuel stabilizer in it or new gas. Check your timing
