Default 92 Dakota 4x4 clutch fork problems

I just bought this truck and the clutch master cylinder is busted he had took off the slave cylinder on the tranny and said it came loose from the shift fork any idea the shift fork can't come off the shaft any ideas on why the shift fork moved he also said he couldn't see it I'm ordering the parts to fix the master but I was wondering if I can get the shift fork back in place without pulling the trannys thanks for any advice it's a 92 Dakota v6 4x4 5 spd and it still drives if you speed shift it

I got to look in it today and the release fork is good and intact I can't figure out how to delete this thread since I have found out there wasn't a clutch fork problem
