Default dakota no power

I took my truck to shop cuz no power. it starts idles good for about five min the throtle body starts sucking air like a damn jet engine then get so bad im scared to keep in on. getting no codes thrown out. oh ya the shop said it was my ignition coil thats why i was getting codes at first and my cat was bad. cut cat out and replaced ignition coil. no better it will idle fine for a few the start acting up. i tried to drive it, boggs down like crazy then i can floor it and it will get crazy power then bogg down again. thinking it might be a MAS sensor oh whatever but i looked that up and it doesnt have one. anyways im at a loss any suggestions would be apreciated.

I don't know for sure what you mean by MAS - most Dakotas are old enough, they're SD (Speed Density), and use MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor. Newest ones may be MAF (Mass Air Flow).
