Default 4bt swap

Hello so i got a 94 dakota 3.9L 4x4 completely stock. Its got 88k original miles now im just trying to figure out what all im gana need to do to it to make the swap. Its going to be my daily driver. As of now im looking to flat bed the dakota and give it a lift to fit some 33s-35s with maybe 2" spacers. And then id like to start the diesel 4bt swap. Money allowing of course. So please let me know if yall have any expierence with this. Iv done a 4bt swap to a f150 before but this dakota is hopefully going to be easier. Fingers crossed lmao. But anywho what all am i going to need (parts wise) and what kinda custom fab am i gana have to do??

There are a few Dak build threads can be found on 4btswaps.com, would be nice to see a build thread here. I've been around a Fummins 6BT, but never a 4BT swap. I know from my Jeep friends that the biggest issue isn't the fabrication, but getting your hands on the motor. The popularity of these projects has more than doubled the price of used 4BTs in recent years...

Some nice vids on YouTube as well...

Good luck man. If I could afford it I would seriously consider a 4bt swap on mine.
