Don't Know if you guys have seen this...

This guy made a 'class' on the internals of the 46re/h
It includes complete teardown and rebuild. pretty neat.

Check out the rest of his videos too.
I'm finding it very useful as I plan on rebuilding one over the summer for my 5.9L swap,
