Default '92 RWAL Hydraulic Valve Removal Help Please

I need some help. I have 1992 Dakota V6 3.9, 2wd.

After checking the brake system, and doing a bunch of research (service manual and online forums plus Kelsey-Hayes article) it appears the Kelsey-Hayes RWAL hydraulic valve (drivers side rear rail) is bad. (Pedal sinks feels like front brakes only, master is newer, booster is newer, fuses are good, speed sensor newer, no leaks). I have hit it with PB Blaster in preparation for removal but I am not seeing how this thing comes off once I break free the lines. Does it just pull off from some blind studs or something, what am I missing?

Thanks.

I just took mine off about a month ago, but my memory is failing me. I don't remember any blind studs...Seems like it's just a bolt from the other side of the rail.
