Put in the 46RH, everything's bolted up and boom, wont upshift past 2rd gear.
I've checked the TV cable, it's good, and I don't think i would lose 2 gears even if it was that off. I read about the Governor Pressure Sensor, but that's in the 46re
All fluids are good. No missing plugs. It even idles well enough.

Somthing I'm thinking might cause it; This is a 46rh replacing a 42rh, so I had to cut the cover plate to fit, I think the flex-plate or something is scrapping it. I hear this terrible metal on metal when it runs. I'll know more when it stops raining.
I spent 2 months getting this thing together and the idea of waiting any longer after getting this far, ugh.
Also, I checked the FAQ, not super helpfull.
