Disconnect the neg battery cable for 5 minutes to clear the codes then see if it comes back after you drive it.

Ok onemore94dak, I gave it a try. I am still getting the same list of codes. I rented the fuel pressure test, and it is dropping in the "on" position. When its running it showed about 28 psi. Would I be correct in assuming I am looking for a leak?

IDK about a leak but the pressure on my 3.9 should be hanging around 35psi or so. 28 might be within range I don't have the specs handy.
I just found this page searching for the dodge 318 fuel pressure it says your pressure should be nearer 49 psi http://www.justanswer.com/dodge/2378...ottle-psi.html
Give it a read maybe it will help you better diagnose. It talks about how to figure out pressure drop.

I also fond these for the code 27-

94+ should run at 49 psi. My 3.9 held pressure at 36 psi.
The only thing that changed was the #7 and#8 injector wiring and the fuel rail.
I will try a junkyard fuel rail first.
Any other suggestions?

We are getting out of my depth now. I would try to check the injectors some might be dirty and stuck.

Did you also change to a V8 ECU, or are you still running the V6 ECU and tune?

You did use the V8 flexplate right? It wouldn't ever run with a V6 one, even though it would bolt up the same.

I used a new v8 clutch and flywheel. It runs and drives good, but is getting 12.4 mpg and is throwing code "27"
