Default how fast can you drive in 4 wheel high

i was reading and some guy's say 50 mph is as fast as you should drive in 4 wheel high?? to me that doesn't sound right..

I was reading my manual a while back and said you can shift into 4-H at a maximum of 45 MPH, so the story might not be as far fetched as it seems. Probably not the greatest thing for the T-case though.
