Do you actually NEED all of them??? I just go to the parts store, buy their straight line, with fittings already on it, in something close to the right length, and bend 'em up as need. MUCH cheaper than pre-bent lines.
That said, fine lines, and and inline tube both offer complete sets, but, around 200 bucks for those..... (and they may even be stainless....)

That you are likely on the correct path. I think "stainless steel brakes" or some such also has line sets in various materials.
