Well heres the video. I also found a hose or something connected to nothing. I dont know if thats the source of the noise, but i'll include a picture in here as well...

Well that noise is not vacuum related.. The hose that goes nowhere is not really important, although you need to plug it up.. (thats what I would do) Far as the noise, that really sounds belt related. You could have a bad belt tensioner or pulley, possible the belt itself is bad. look at the bottom of the belt (the side with the grooves) and look for cracks.. If it has cracks then it needs to be replaced anyways.

Really need to narrow it down to an area where it seems to be coming from. Defiantly loud enough to be able to do that.

Bearing on one of the pulleys. Try to spray each bearing one by one with WD-40 and start the truck between each one because once the sound subsides you got the bad one.

Kinda looked like the A/C pulley clutch never dis-engaged.
