You don't have one on a 4.7L motor. Only the 5.9L, 5.2L, and 3.9L. The 4.7L has coil overs which is a coil over and attached each spark plug (8 in all) so you don't have spark l=plugs wires or cap and rotor. All you need to do is replace the spark plugs and gap them before install. Only use Champion Copper Plus, Champion Truck Plugs (my favorite) or Champion Iridium......IMHO

IAC is the Idle Air Control motor.

What year and engine size?

iac is on the back of the throttle body under the air hat, and carb or intake cleaner will work just fine, but its cheap enough that i would suggest replacing it
