In a incredible twist of Irony, this cap fits on the factory housing, so apparently I can have either the filler neck or cap but not both.

Hydra.....you are correct...that doesn't sound right but so be it.

Hydra, you got me.. I guess my eyes got bigger than the frame on the cap. Anyhoo, it is a NO-GO for now I cant get the cap pressed down far enough on the filler neck to catch the rails and lock it in place. I guess I have a $25 dollar paper weight until I can figure something else out.
