Default 2000 4x4 battery draw

Battery being drawn down,isolated to trans fuse,strange thing is ,with test light between neg.batt.cable and neg.batt.term light pulsates,not like any draw i've seen, normally a solid light.also i can hear a very faint pulsing sound in the dash.not loud enough to pin point,any help would be great

First have the battery load tested. Most Auto Zones or whatever can do it right in the truck or pulled out for free.

Second you could pull the harness that plugs into the transmission and see if it stops to help isolate the issue.

Could be a burnt wire touching ground so be on the look out. Do you have the amount being drawn?

removed instrument cluster now draw is gone,plugged in one side at a time when right connector plugged in draw reappears?

Sounds like a bad cluster. Check Ebay.
