Thank you guys for replying. It is identical in two cars I am referencing. A 05 Sebring, and a 00 Stratus. And when I say Identical I mean it. And I have seen it described many time by many other members over the years in the past. I have done the shake test at all of the recommended locations with no pinpoint to any specific part or item. If any members of this thread can help me identify this I will definately post the procedure and outcome.

I see you have tried the right sections but you need to try the Car section. Please post in one of the other car sections.

Dodge Cars or SRT Forums

But it could be the struts.

It sounds like you may have the same problem that I had with my 06 Chevy Impala. I ended up replacing the CV shafts, tie rod ends, new tires and alignment. Still had the noise. Replaced the hub bearing and guess what, it solved the problem. I had replaced the not too far back but, the mistake I made was getting the cheap ones. Now I will only use the Timken hub assembly.
