Default Turn signal/ Hazrd lights/ Brakes

I'm sorry if the answer is somewhere on here, I've been looking for the past 3 hours and have found no solution.

THE PROBLEM

When I use my turn signals (Left or Right) they work fine in the front until I press the brake pedal. Then they stop blinking and remain solid.

In the rear however, when I use the turn signal they engage the hazard lights. And when I press the brake pedal they become solid and the which ever turn signal is on stays solid while the other one goes out.

Meaning
in the back
turn signal on - hazard lights
turn signal on brake pedal pressed - all lights solid and (if the left turn signal is on) left turn signal illuminated right turn signal off.

??????
any ideas?

I've checked all the bulbs - all ok
I've checked the fuses and relays - all ok

Cannot find the (hidden fuses) under the dash.

I feel this is a grounding issue but I have no idea where to begin. Any help would be greatly appreciated since I'm leaving on vacation tomorrow and really do not feel safe traveliing like this.

Recheck the rear bulbs again. The filaments might look good but all it takes is for one of the filaments to burn out and touch the other filament causing the problem that you are saying. make sure all the metal tabs that the bulb socket in the rear housing are getting good connections to the bulb socket, you might have to bend up the tabs a bit to make connections. The heat from the rear bulbs causes the tabs to distort a bit.

i agree with pete, change the bulbs and check the contacts, if that doesnt work start tracing the wires and checking for shorts/broken wires/ bad grounds ect, its a PITA but cheaper than having someone else do it

Thanks man your post made me go and take a 2nd look.

After checking all the bulbs and connections again I went on another hunt for the flasher unit. Finally found it and tried disconnecting it. Failed on disconecting it but as I went to reconnected it I heard a snap.
Checked turn signals and hazards and brakes again. It works.

A whole day lost to a loose connection, but at least it works.

Thanks
