I have 2 doors that make a squealing noise when i use the key fob, and they will not open unless i use the manual lock. Are the motors stripping out?

 

Yes. My left rear door did that for about 6 months and now it won't open (unlock) manually or with the fob. The only way to change the latch is with the door open
They are about 60$ for one.
Replace them before you get to my problem.

You will have to crack the door and check it out.

Fix them before you can't crack the door.
The door has to to open to change this part.
