hello all
my dash keeps chiming at me can not figure out why , the wife drove it to the doctors yesterday and it chimed 4 or 5 times and the dash said information center . i got in it this morning and that did not light up , tried pulling codes but it says no codes found . any body out there had this problem ? Or does any body know what to look for ? it has got me baffled.

UPDATE: Went to the store this morning and it chimed twice TWO chimes back to back like ding ding and did the same thing on the way home No warning lights on i just do not know why it is chiming at me any help would be greatly appreciated .
Thanks in advanced
Mike

Sometimes it could be something like low washer fluid, that only triggers at a certain angle, till it falls low enough to stay triggered. I have seen anomalies with the CTM though, so try resetting. Try removing the battery terminals overnight, or remove and short them, then turn the key to start, which quickly disperses any remaining static electricity.

i would also check the brake fluid level to see if that sensor is maybe triggering the same way as mentioned above, could also be low oil pressure (if the pressure switch is failing) or a temp gauge reading going to high (i think that would be a short in the line or sensor)

my other suggestion would be if you have a gopro or similar style camera to run it recording the dash and see if maybe something is flashing on and back off that you dont catch bc its gone too quickly.
