If the bulbs are good and fuse #13 has power on both sides of the fuse, Then I would remove a bulb and ck for power on the socket. If you have no power, then you could have a problem with the CTM or cluster.

With 40 amps running through there I am really thinking you have a short. Take a look at the electrical diagnosis and testing sticky at the top of the page and see about making a test light to find your short.

I have a similar (or maybe its the same) issue.
All the interior lights work, when you turn them on with the switches however, none go on when you open any of the doors.
Any ideas?

Did you check the fuses in the secondary secret fuse box up and behind the obvious primary fuse box?

You gotta get on your back and look up under the dash at the backside of the fuse box.. For some reason they decided it would be a good idea to hide some fuses and stuff back there.

Turn the light *** like your are dimming the dash lights. There is a position past the dome lights on that turns them off even with the doors open.

I'll admit, I did assume that was NOT the "problem" but atlas...never know.
