For clarity now... the temp sensor behind the grille is simply telling the overhead computer the outside temp for the display. There is zero tie in to any driveability issue with that sensor. Zero.

damn guys, lets all just calm down and be friends, iv been very busy the last week so im sorry for not moving this guys thread out of the general section (i hope whoever did only left a one week redirect on it).

however the easiest way to explain that the user posted int he wrong section is to link them to the thread titled "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING!!!!!!!" and then let me know and ill move it.

the rest of the information was correct, and it seems like the user has a bad battery, however i can see how the first lines could be taken the wrong way.

Since I'm bored in the middle of speech class, I figured I would put my $.02 in. It does sound like a bad battery. Also they probably haven't been back yet cause they don't know where the thread is now or they haven't been on there computer to check.

I explained that I moved it out of the general Durango forum into the first generation Durango section. I am assuming he is literate,

Indy you know I am your friend, well at least I hope so.

Ya, your right, if I chose to walk out in a cross walk in front of an incoming diesel I deserve to get hit, but the fact of the matter is we are not in a cross walk and there isn't a diesel glaring down on us thank god. This is a forum, not a way of life.

New members make mistakes, and we all have done it before, even you. Relax, we are all here for fun and to help people, not politicize ourselves. Lets get through the day to day grind without taking frustrations out when we have a bad day.

Regardless, I think we scared the **** out of him/her with this kind of bickering and I don't think they will post back, and I don't blame them.
