Default crank sensor

i just pulled the tranny out to replace the front seal on a 2000 durango and didnt know about the ckp sensor and bent the flywheel/drive plate i bent it all back but now i cant get it to run right i have replaced the ckp, pickup coil, and the cap and button and still no luck was wondering if the flywheel/drive plate is the problem

All the little holes in the edge of it are what the sensor picks up, so if you messed those up it could be the problem.
